To whom it may concern:

Bill Heitstuman contracted with World Wide Services from February 18, 1998 to the present. World Wide needed a knowledgeable and experienced programmer to build several accounting systems. Three other programmers had attempted, through many costly months, to build the programs our organization needed and all were unsuccessful.

Bill consulted with our staff as to what was needed. He went to work that same day and, within a short time, had the existing systems back on line. He then was able to take the information on what World Wide needed and, within a few weeks, completely built the systems that were needed. His knowledge of programming has been nothing less than amazing. His insight as to what a program needs to make it more time and cost effective has been a great asset also.

Bill is friendly and pleasant to work with. He is meticulous in the work that he does and he has been willing to listen to input and make changes when asked, never complaining. He has willingly worked long hours to help meet deadlines. He works exceptionally well when a good supply of Pepsi, chocolate brownies and cajun fried chicken is on hand.

Bill has been a great asset and we hope that he is available for a long time come.
